She is a leader in the industry managing & overseeing design teams including studio & licensing collaborations with overseas & domestic partners and recently introduced Interior Design to her services after studying with the NYIAD. Carolann's vast network of resources worldwide & deep knowledge of all aspects of the interior processes & structures of successful brands allow her to bring to you a unique combination of creative & business perspectives. Deborah Sands is a Co-Founder of 3tresors. She is a multiple award winning Fashion Designer and Creative Director with over 25 years in the fashion industry in New York City. Her specialty is creating and building brands, business and products for all tiers of distribution and running them while developing and retaining a creative staff of designers and artists. Designing, managing and launching brands and licenses for Disney, Nickelodeon, Warner Brothers, Mattel and Beanstalk including Hannah Montana, Monster High, Shopkins and MaryKate and Ashley Olsen as well as designing for Private label for major accounts. She has launched and designed her own line of cold weather accessories called Who Hat, which showcased at New York and New Jersey specialty boutiques.
